Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining (CIPP)

Cured-in-place pipe lining, often called CIPP, repairs a damaged sewer or drain line from the inside. A flexible liner soaked in resin is placed in the old pipe and cured until it hardens into a continuous new pipe that seals cracks, joints and root entry points.

We line sewer and drain pipes across Middle Tennessee, including Nashville homes where old clay and cast iron lines run under mature trees, driveways and landscaping. We inspect the pipe first, clean it, install the liner through a cleanout or a small access point and verify the result with a camera.

FAQ

Common questions about cured-in-place pipe lining

Does lining work on every sewer line?

No. Lining suits pipes that are still in place and mostly round. Collapsed or badly sagging pipes may need replacement, and a camera inspection tells us which.

Will I lose water service?

You will need to avoid using drains for part of a day. We explain the timing before we start.

How much digging is needed?

Often none beyond a cleanout or a small access pit. We confirm after the inspection.
