FAQ
Questions, answered
What trenchless services do you offer?
We inspect, line, replace and repair underground sewer, drain, storm and water lines using methods that need little or no digging. That includes camera inspections, locating, hydro-jetting, cured-in-place pipe lining, pipe bursting, spot repairs, cleanouts, directional drilling and boring, plus commercial, HOA and municipal work. Every service has its own page on this site.
What is the difference between pipe lining and pipe bursting?
Lining places a resin liner inside the old pipe and cures it into a new pipe, which suits pipe that is still in place and mostly round. Bursting pulls a new pipe through the old path while breaking the old pipe outward, which suits pipe that is collapsed, sagging or failing. A camera inspection tells us which fits.
How much of my yard will be dug up?
Often none beyond a cleanout, or one or two small pits at the ends of the pipe. We protect the lawn and landscaping around them and restore the pit areas afterward.
Is trenchless repair right for every pipe?
No. Badly collapsed pipe, deep sags and some layouts need a small excavation. We look inside the pipe first and tell you plainly which method fits, including when digging is the better choice.
Can you inspect a pipe before I buy a house?
Yes. We perform real estate sewer inspections with recorded video and a plain-language report that buyers, sellers and agents can use.
What should I do if my sewer backs up?
Stop using water, avoid contact with the overflow and call 615-431-3789 or send the form. Tell us what is happening and we will take it from there, then find the cause with a camera so it does not repeat.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve Middle Tennessee, with a page for each main city on this site. If you do not see your town, call 615-431-3789 and we will tell you whether we can come out.
Can I plan my repair online first?
Yes. The Trenchless Planner on this site lets you choose your property, pipe material, problem, line length and obstacles, then shows a plan of the line, the access points and a suggested method, with services you can send to us with one tap.
