Pipe Bursting & Replacement
A belly is a sag where the pipe has settled. Waste and water pool there and cause repeated clogs. We re-grade the line.

A belly, or sag, forms when soil under a sewer line settles. The pipe dips, water and waste collect in the low spot and the line clogs again and again. Lining does not fix a sag, because the liner follows the old shape of the pipe.
We repair bellied sewer lines across Middle Tennessee, including Nashville yards with settling fill or old trenches. We confirm the sag with a camera and a locator, then replace the affected length with new pipe laid to proper grade, using pipe bursting or a short spot excavation.
